Seeing an opportunity in tier II and III cities, the company made a conscious decision to venture into States like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan to name a few. True to its motto, "Turning Dreams into Reality", Omaxe has completed and delivered more than 74.60 mn sq ft since inception – 31.80 mn sq ft of construction projects and 42.80 mn sq ft in real estate across India.
